• If you bought your product as a member of our site (when we offered memberships), simply send us a message at support (at) darkerotic3d (dot) com and we’ll make sure you get your download.
• If you bought your product through Gumroad, and you DO NOT HAVE a membership there, send a message to support (at) darkerotic3d (dot) com with your email receipt from Gumroad and we’ll make sure you get your download.
• If you bought your product through Gumroad and you DO HAVE an account there, sign in to Gumroad and you can find your purchase under “Library”
